As a concern/holding, the burgbad Company serves as the

roof over all brands of the burgbad Group.

 

At the concern headquarters in Bad Fredeburg in the

Sauerland region, fields of activity that are similar for all

brands are centralised. For instance, burgbad achieves

synergetic effects through the central control of marketing

and sales of its three brands. Purchasing is also done

centrally, for cost reasons, as well as electronic production

planning and control. In addition, the Holding is responsible

for central administrative tasks, the financial control and

strategic leadership of the concern, as well as the

specification of corporate guidelines.
